We will hold your keys (one set) to your
property in a safe & secure location & will,
subject to receiving reasonable notice, make these keys
available to you(or your representative), at our office during our normal opening
hours, except when you are using
our airport transfer service, when your
keys will be sent with our driver.
We will only release your keys following a security check, (I.e. password &
presentation
of suitable I.D.). Whenever possible, if required we, would also (subject to written agreement),
make your keys available outside normal office hours at a mutually agreed
time & location.
PLEASE NOTE:
Whilst your keys are out of our control (I.e. they are with you
or your representative),
we cannot take any responsibility for
your keys.
Also keys will only be released on receipt of written authority
(fax, e-mail ,etc.) from the owner, and having seen suitable means of I.D.
for the person collecting the keys (I.e. passport, driving licence, company id. etc.). |

We will visit
your property once every month (12 x per year) and make a thorough
inspection inside and out. We will e-mail you with a complete report including any problems
that we may find and if necessary, send you a quote for any work which may be
needed.
If you require any work to be carried out during the year, we will
oversee these works on
your behalf and make regular contact with you to keep you
updated with the progress, including sending you photos of the work
via e-mail (where possible).
We can also arrange for your property to be cleaned thoroughly,
as many times during
the year as you require, (cost of cleaning is extra)
and we will, of course, give you a written quote for cleaning costs
before carrying out this work if you require. We will arrange airport transfers, car hire, day trips etc. for
you and/or your guests (at cost) with local trustworthy company’s on your
behalf.
We will arrange for your keys to be kept in a safe location and
made available to you and or your guests, from our office during normal working
hours, (as key holder service), providing adequate notice is given. (if
you are using our airport transfer service the keys will be taken to the airport
by the driver if required).
We will make sure your utility bills are all paid on your behalf. |

AS THE BRONZE
SERVICE BUT WITH THE FOLLOWING VALUABLE ADDITIONS :-
We will visit your property every other week (26 x per year) and
carry out internal and external inspections and report as detailed in ‘bronze
service’.
We will attend site meetings (local), on your behalf, and report
back to you, fully, in
English, and also make any representations on your behalf, providing we receive adequate notice of the meeting, and of any
points you wish us to raise. We will keep your Turkish mobile `phone chip `alive’ during
your absence (cost of credits will be charged and fully documented @ cost).
We will Provide you with a 24 hr/7day contact telephone number for
use by you and or
your guests should you (or they) need any help or
advice during your stay, (e.g. the gas
has gone how do I get a new gas bottle delivered!).
We will provide you with a “property users manual” which
will include useful information
about the property & surrounding area such
as location of the water stop cock, gas bottle, electric main switch
etc. & small map showing direction to the local bus service,
shops, beach etc. |

AS THE BRONZE
& SILVER SERVICE BUT WITH THE FOLLOWING VALUABLE ADDITIONS :-
We will visit your property once every week (52 x per year) and
carry out internal and external inspections and report as detailed in the
previous two services described.
We will carry out a thorough clean at the beginning of the season,
& again at the end of
the season, (cost of cleaning included in the annual
charge) and close down your property for winter, this will include making
sure the gas, water & electric (if reqd.) are all turned off, fridge/freezer
doors are open, beds and furniture moved to centre of the room, where possible, (to minimise the risk of damp damage) and then ensure everything
is locked up securely.
We will provide you with a 24hr call out security service which
will be in the form of a
notice, placed in a prominent position, showing telephone
numbers for both English and Turkish speaking staff, who will respond
accordingly to the person calling (I.E. call police
or fire brigade
or instruct one of our own staff to attend). |
