| Once you have advised us of your requirements, we will search for the most suitable properties and arrange viewings to suit your travel arrangements. We will then arrange transfers and accommodation for you and your party suited to your requests. |

On your arrival in Turkey, a driver will be waiting for you at the airport to escort you to your designated hotel/apartment, then, once you are settled in, we will collect you at an agreed time for a meeting at our office to further discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have. |

Our office has a “TV” room with plenty of DVD’s where we will be happy to accommodate the children and keep them occupied should you not wish to take them around with you. |

Whilst viewing your selected properties, we will also give you
a guided tour of the area noting, shopping facilities, banking, schools and municipal buildings. |

Once you have chosen your desired property, we will follow the process as laid out
in the sales process document. |

NB: Should you book a viewing trip through Crescent Homes, your airport transfer and accommodation costs incurred will be reimbursed to you on the purchase of your property. |
