The Complex

Standard in each apartment:


	Safe deposit box, kitchen suite (units) with granite worktops and an extractor fan. The bathroom will have an electric boiler installed for constant hot water and a bathroom suite with a shower cubicle. There will be one air-conditioning unit installed in the living room, steel front door with triple locking system, UPVC double glazed windows and balcony doors and mosquito screens fitted to all windows. All floors will be laid with tiles and the stairway will be laid in marble. The bathroom walls will be fully tiled and the kitchen walls will be partly tiled.
